Payment Terms

All invoices must be fully paid for prior to delivery.

Payment Methods

Cancellation

No order may be cancelled except with consent in writing and on terms which will indemnify Convenient Interiors against any losses suffered.

Lead-Times

Delivery and installation dates are estimated and while Convenient Interiors will endeavour to accomplish requested dates, we will not be held responsible for delays caused by other parties.

Deliveries

Convenient Interiors will notify you of freight charges and stock availability prior to your order being confirmed/payment being processed.

All deliveries made are to street level or pavement side only. If your delivery is required to go up stairs, in a lift or has any other particular requirement needed and Convenient Interiors is not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the driver and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.

Convenient Interiors does not provide transit insurance. If transit insurance is required, additional charges will apply. Convenient Interiors is not liable for goods damaged in transit if no insurance is taken by the customer prior to delivery. Please contact a representative for more information.

Where furniture is delivered unassembled, Convenient Interiors take no responsibility for any damage occurring during any process of the assembly on your premises.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, a 1 year manufacturer's warranty applies to all Convenient Interiors products.

With the exception of fair wear and tear and provided that the damage is not caused by misuse of the goods, Convenient Interiors will replace or repair the faulty goods free of charge within the warranty period.

Proof of purchase must be provided and the damaged goods returned to our warehouse.

Variations in fabric die lots, timber grain, shade and/or colour of goods supplied, particularly where surfaces are veneered with natural timbers, shall not be regarded as a fault and no claims will be considered in respect of it.

We do not include screws with our table top deliveries if the base has not been ordered too and visa versa, as the top/base plate size will vary what size screws to use. Always check screw sizes provided by Convenient Interiors or yourself are correct before assembly of tables. Failure to check screw sizes will not be taken as a manufacturers fault or be valid under warranty.

It is recommended not to place the Duratops in direct sunlight every day.

Returns

Items sold as per order specifications are not returnable, unless approved by management. All claims must be made within 5 working days of delivery, pickup or installation and a service charge may be applied.
